Strong Mama Outdoor is an intensive outdoor fitness class for moms who want to rebuild strength and feel powerful again after pregnancy – with their baby by their side.

Strong Mama Outdoor is a functional full-body workout designed for moms who want to build strength, stability, and endurance after pregnancy. Classes take place outdoors in and around Mackenbach, combining effective strength training with fresh air and dynamic movement.

Training includes bodyweight exercises, selected equipment, and natural outdoor elements such as benches, inclines, and uneven terrain – making each session challenging, varied, and effective.

Dates & Pricing

The class includes 6 sessions and costs €70.

Expected to start in mid-May

If you are unable to attend one session, you are welcome to make it up in another class.

 

Drop-in Session

Participation in a single course session is possible upon prior request. The fee is €17 per session and must be paid in advance. Please note that your spot is only confirmed after receiving confirmation.

    (e.g. orthopedic issues or postnatal considerations).

Please make sure you are cleared for exercise after childbirth.
This class does not replace postnatal recovery, but builds on it.
